Getty, can you give me coordinates or at least cross streets of the parks? I only see "MacDonald Memorial" and "Valley Memorial" in Google maps.
As for baskets, you can count on ~$3000 for 9, if going with premium baskets. If you wanted to step it down to Mach 2 News, you could save ~$600-700.
