Ok, I haven't drank in years and as everyone knows I don't do the other things eluded to here. I don't have a problem with either but do feel like this should be the case at
ALL PDGA events.

To say, "up till the two minute warning" or "between rounds" or "once you putt out" or what ever seems to be kind of counter productive. You're saying it is NOT ok, well MAYBE ok, but not REALLY ok, or it MIGHT be ok? The PDGA needs to make a clear and bullet proof stand on the use of drugs/alcohol at PDGA events.
