I was just reading on the pdga discussion forums in the ask Chuck Kennedy thread and I stumbled on something interesting. Chuck stated: "The PDGA Disciplinary Committee is now dealing with players accused of DNFing too many rounds so I don't expect it to be an ongoing problem." I wonder who might be affected by this rule in the oregon pro ranks?
