Wow. There is a well worn walking path that goes straight west up the hill to the sidewalk from the top end of the new switchbacks.
I see many people walking up and down this area.

A blind shot from the top, with a disc gaining speed the whole time going downhill, could be disasterous if a person were below.
This will require more caution than at any other hole, including #7, because of lack of a sight line.
I think because of the popularity of the course, casual park users, walking pets and children and such, are used to looking up to the #18 tee from below to see if anyone is throwing, but they will not be ready for discs to come raining down on them on that hill.
