Throughout most of my life there have always been those stores that I drive by with giant 'Going out of Business' signs. And year after year they are still 'Going out of Business'. Then the state passes a law to restrict this type of sale to when a business is actually closing (way too late in my opinion).
Funny how no sooner does that law pass, the economy turns south and here we are again with lots of 'Going out of Business' sales!
