Nope. That's Mildred Kanipe Memorial Park, which is a county park five miles northeast of Oakland. The disc golf course is at an Oakland city park.

I'm guessing it's the one near Locust St. and Wells Rd., because that parcel of land is about five acres and owned by the city, and there's a church next door.
