i think that's gonna be the best bet to keep a course clean. lots of garbage cans that are magically emptied on a regular basis.

The Magically emptied garbage can is where the rub is. Noone really wants to do it and those who do(THANK YOU THANK YOU
) are probably getting tired of a thankless job.
