You may pay day of event. Just need to be pre-registered. For those who wish to pay with debit/credit cards I can do that through my work. If need be I can set up with Mike on nwsignup.com.
Event Schedule: 6:45 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Volunteer set up.
8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. check in/registration
8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. players meeting
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. round 1
12:30 p.m - 1:30 p.m. lunch
1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. round 2
5:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. awards
5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m volunteer clean up.
Volunteers: If you would like to volunteer please let me know.
Benifit: Like always we need to be raising money for something in order to use the school and Smith's Cookie's fields. This year we are raising money for the course. Hope to upgrade basket 6 and get some alternate pin positions. Also would like to add a couple more colverts across the creek for bridges and water flow.
Cousre: I will post the course on the discgolfscene. I will have two courses in mind. Depending on number of people pre-registered and number of non- playing volunteers will determine which course I use.
