It's sort of like the first time PDGA member deal. When you first join the PDGA you get a disc and mini with your number on it. When you renew, you don't get those again. So, the first time you pay the $10 non-member fee this year, if you've never been a member before, you get a number and the rulebook and I believe that coupon where you can save that $10 if you join within maybe 30 or 60 days from that event. But if you pay the $10 non-member fee more than once, there's little reason to send that starter packet again.
