Throw the damn book at em Kev!!! Completely unacceptable under any circumstance... Pencil whipping is for poon's who don't have the nad's to accept there own failures. It's very disheartening to hear this, and it makes me wonder how many other times either this individual, or anyone else, has cheated his/her fellow golfers at your tourney. If it's true- ban them.
