Default Chilly Smackers & the EDGE Program
Congratulations Chilly Smackers - we’ve put Washington on the map with the EDGE program. This link shows that the Chilly Smack Challenge (even though they misspelled the event name) was the highest single event contributor in 2011 to the EDGE program.
