It's pretty much right next to it. I tried to link the google maps but the directions are wrong (the area where the Community College is is much more developed now). If you are leaving SBSP: take a left on 101, drive 3/4 of a mile, then take a right and follow signs for the Oregon Coast Comm. College.
This is most definitely a 'course in development' right now. Hurdles to climb/hoops to jump through.
