Wes, that is just good golfing. From what I see if you shoot your best round ever, then you make the sandbagging list.
Seems to me that the sandbaggers should be the players that purposefully shoot
worse than their rating - in order to get more strokes next time.
But I get confused easy with this whole handicapping system. Perhaps someone can help me understand the error of my ways.
