Winter practice schedule
 

Here ya go all:

WHEN:
Mon - 5:30-6:30
Wed - 4:30-5:30
Fri - 1:00 ----

WHERE:
Mondays and Wednesdays are to be held in the little gym inside the fitness center. Friday's practice will be held at either Sekani OR SCC track and Field behind the Fitness Center

WHAT TO BRING:
Discs (don't worry if you have none -- our coach will provide)
Bag's (to Carry your discs)
And a wanting to get better attitude --
