Found at Pier - Scott Brown's disc
 

We found a disc at Pier with Scott Brown's name on it. No contact information. If anyone knows Scott, or how we can get in touch with him, we'd like to get him his disc back.

He just lost his bid for re-election. He'll probably want that disc back, since he's gonna have a lot more time to play starting in January.
