Congratulations to Rebecca Hall Duffy the new President of the PDGA Board of Directors. Rebecca was voted in tonight in a special session of the PDGA Board of Directors. Rebecca is also the first women President of the PDGA Board of Directors in the history of the PDGA. Way to go girl! :yay:

I can't thank you enough for the notes and congrats. Everything is so surreal right now - I'm so lucky to have support from the great people of the Northwest :)

The guys in the Eugene Dusc Golf club have supported me so much and I have to give them a lot of credit for the confidence for stepping into a role like this.

I hope I don't let you down- there is a lot to be done but we will take it one step at a time.

I love all you guys and gals.........

Congrats Rebecca! Does this mean you won't be taking over as State Coordinator for Oregon?

"Taking over?" I am happy as anyone about Rebecca's appointment to President of the PDGA Board of Directors, but isn't State Coordinator an elected position? Or maybe that IS what you meant?

Of course, if she ran, it would be a slam-dunk, bit it seems like she already has a lot on her plate now, so it would be surprising to me (not that she hasn't surprised us before).
