Grand Prairie?

Albany Parks lists Grand Prairie as having a disc golf course. Anybody know anything about it?

Interesting, I can find many references to it, all stemming from the City of Albany, but can't corroborate it at any popular source like DGCR or PDGA. Help us out, Altophish!

At all of 10 acres, unless the entire park was used as a disc golf course (which I'm pretty sure is not the case, given the photos of the park), it likely couldn't even hold 9 holes. Best-case, it might be like Sladden Park in Eugene.. three baskets simply placed strategically around the park, with no marked tee pads or even locations. I'm guessing that the park website is just wrong, though.

Lets just say that it would be shocking if there was a disc golf course in Albany that The DGCA didn't know about. Other than mowing on the open holes the DGCA maintains Bryant, Timber Linn & Simpson disc golf courses(or at least tries to...). :bowing:
