Is there a way to get on the base without knowing someone?

I don't know anyone who works on the base so is there a way for me to get on? I live in Seattle but I go to the Spokane area a lot during the spring and summer and it's the only one in the area I haven't got and I am interested in getting it in a couple months. Any help would be awesome.
