then after your second score eliminate your preditermind handicap and average your two scores
same with third and fourth
after fifth score and untill tenth score eliminate your best and worse score use the rest for your average to deterine your handicap

here are the updated handicaps, sorry for any misscalculations, if I come across one I will fix it, if anyone comes across one or questions one please let me know ,I'm sure I'll make another or two, hopefully I will always catch them, or maybe Carl can figure out some program or spreed sheet that will add divide whatever for you, and even then like carl's last week I wrote down 5.2 instead of 6.2 would not happen, glad we all have fun except for a couple of peolpe a couple of times every week, week in week out ,even if you don't like some of the holes, it's been a great year for close competition, enough said here are the new handicaps

just a reminder that the course will start being shorter real soon because of lack of daylight
handicaps will have to be addressed
math would say divide hadicap by 18 then times by number of holes to be played
no more scatch paper for this, one must find calculator, oh yeah there's one on here
for example if your handicap is plus or minus either way it's still the same math
micah is 2.71, if we played 15 holes he would have a 2.26 handicap
brock is 3.0 he would go to 2.5 bringing there handicaps closer due to less holes being played

If your not on this list then your last years ending handicap will be used or if you don't have one from last year then I will set one for you based on your skill.
Also I thought of handicaping doubles as well in the same manner. Whatever your score was for that day would be your doubles handicap. You and your partner would form a combined handicap for the day.

I like that idea... run with it!

I've been against it, but it only seems to be fair. It is a handicap league. Just not sure how to handicap someone in doubles that hasn't played yet. I thought I would see what everybody's doubles handicap is that has played so far and adjust from there. Of course we will vote on it this Tuesday and see if any objections. I know my wife will like it better this way.
