  • 360 drives...

Ok so my friend Mazza does well driving this way, the 360 run-up and drive. Now my other friend who has been working on this suprized me today and did the 360 drive and bombed hole 4 at lakewood!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this, actualy it looked dead perfect to Mazzas style!! I realy wish I had the camera with me so I could post it up. 400+feet on a first try!!
I tried 2x. the first try was pathetic however my 2nd try went 350ft. Its alot harder than it looks.

Here is Mazza throwin 360 style!!

It certainly is a very fun throw, I can get about 50 extra feet if I pure it, that said I'm still pretty inconsistent, to date I've pulled one out in a tourny, my advice would be putting a little more hyzer than usual and practice it well below top speed for a while.

Why would you ever need to bust out a 360 on #4 at lakewood ?
Its a 400ft down hill . Ive put strikers in the circle and i got a 300ft flat ground drive on a good day.i know mazza got a way bigger arm than me. when ya gonna bust out the front flip thumber? That shizz would be sick$$$$

As long as you get it on video and can learn how to post it here...

Hath this whole world been mired in madness?
Remain ye men of faculty complete,
Of full arithmetic and prudence fair,
Attending to our noble bond and contract?
Or does here stand the last remaining man

360 drives are stupid and dangerous, just a massive waste of time

I've practiced 360 drives before and realized that, yes I was getting 20-30' more on a drive, but losing a lot of accuracy. Not worth it in my book. I'll stick to my X-step.

quick blip of the 2010 USDGC distance showcase. If you search more of my vids, there is a longer clip that shows most the other competitors throwing as well.
