        my goals are
        1. continue to improve
        2. have an injury free season( last two years were a torn tricep and a bulged disc)
        3. get downrivers new layout complete(for 2010 season) have 36 holes at highbridge done and help get plantes ferry and stateline curses done
        4. have a lot of fun

and i don't care how far you can drive it doesn't in any way determine what devision you play in. the dev. you play is and should be determined by your scoring average.

1 Find a job that at least gives me Sat/Sun off a job any days would be fine by me.

          2 work on 50/50 inside 35'

          3 shoot a 1000 rated round

4 rejoin PDGA play 10+ Sanc. Events

5 Try at least 25 New Ale's,Porters,Stouts, certain Belgian's, and of course a good Pilsner on a hot summer day is awesome...

          ok that's enough

My Goals for 2010 Where to start? No, please! Tell me where to start?

Do/can/should/will they have to be positive goals?
Can/should/will they be goals that only I benefit from?
Should/can/will they be goals that others (but not me) benefit from?
Will/should/can they be goals that others benefit before me?

And the biggy Can I set attainable and follow through to my goals?

Bring my rating up to 950+.
Place in the top 3 of an advanced tournament.
                    Play 15 new courses.
Write 15 reviews for those courses.
Reach a consistent 400' drive, I've been driving 350' for 4 years now.
Get some semblance of confidence in my sidearm.
Feel confident with all my putter shots 175' and in.
Start a disc golf club at my college and teach 10 new disc golfers.

400 feet is at the top end of my comfort range. Hole 3 @ Highbridge is a good example. I can get to within 70-100 feet on a drive. Still have never birdied the hole. I have to be within 15 feet to be 90 percent sure to hit my putts. Thats pathetic.

As for not playing intermediate, thats a different story all together. Chump Challenge was my 1st tourney this year. Threw a 94 the first round (13 over the par). It was all because of putts. Was so upset because it should've been a 85 or better. Second round threw a 83. 11 strokes better and two off par for the course. Intermediate winner threw par the first day and 3 under par the second. Sand bagging? Probably.

As for 450, thats a goal. Would love to see it but I'll have to bulk up with more muscle.

500 is my goal for spin throws since I can get like three times the whip and speed from my arm. Unfortunate that its a very hard thing to get down and not something I'll bust out in a tourney unless it's a very wide open hole. Most of the time they end up nose down. Every once in awhile they stay flat and thats when they soar.

Oh yeah, and to settle the downhill shot argument. Cherry Hill, hole 6. I've thrown to the bottom parking lot twice and the upper one at least a dozen times. 550 to the basket. 600 to the edge of the grass, 675 to the edge of the top parking lot. Convert all the angle into flat and it turns out to be about 400 feet. So Hehe.

I'll post some videos so everyone can see I can actually hit 400 feet.
