  • Milo question?

Is the course open 24/7? If not does anybody know what time it opens on the weekends?

    Thanks,

I think the park gates open at 7am, but we may have a little leeway there for the Fling since we need to start pretty early to finish before dark.

Best plan would be to give the park a call to be certain.

I got there early last year and there was a line of people waiting for the gate to open at 7:00 AM.

I wasn't wondering in general, and not just for the Fling.

I've been out there 3-4 times before 7:00 AM and the gates are always closed.

I'm sure it would be OK - but that is quite a hike.

Yeah - at least a mile, probably two. And it would be mostly uphill on the way back. There's enough hiking to do on the couse. I don't need any extra.

Better yet, just camp in the BSF camp, much cheaper, and right on the course, 24/7!

But that only works during the BSF.

And on that note - I stayed in the actual campground last year and absoultely LOVED it. Very quiet, relaxing, and I was only a putter toss away from the bathrooms and hot showers. I would highly recommend the campground if it wasn't so hard to reserve a spot.

OK everyone is getting waaaaaaaaaaaay off track here. I only wanted to know what time the course open's on the weekend because my hubby and I wanted to play early this Saturday morning. Not sure how we started talking about camping and the Fling. Oh wait I know because it has permeated all our brains, and that is all we can think about

That's weird. We almost never get off track.
