It's definitely time. We were out at Pier yesterday, and although we didn't get bitten, other people did. There were a ton on hole 15.

I haven't had any problems with the Picaridin, even in Alaska, and I like it because it's plastic friendly. Doesn't seem like a great idea to use a plastic-solvent spray when throwing plastic discs. That would be a terrible way to lose a favorite disc!

good for you! i love to have all my stuff and my things and just know that i am completely prepared for whatever the dg gods may toss my way... i recently added the little tripod stool to my arsenal, and while i don't use it on certain courses because of uneven terrain (meadow ridge) or if it's just a quickie round with one or two other people, i love it on flat courses or when i play in a foursome or greater... also, it was clutch down at dexter with all the mucky muck on saturday... not that it saved me from falling on my ass and getting myself all muckied up, but my bag stayed nice and clean!

I haven't had a problem with the solvent issue. I was more worried about how it might affect synthetic clothing but haven't had an issue there either. I'm definitely not planning on spraying it directly on my discs though.

... i'm so sad for your empty bag and your lonesome sharpie... maybe you should at least get a back up sharpie in case it runs dry from all your aces, or gets lost... or runs away because it has no friends.

I had nothing to add here until my bag rolled over in the back of my car recently and I discovered the half-yard of sand that accumulated in there over the winter...

I picked up my disc and my next throw was an absolute beauty. The keychain has been hanging from my bag as a lucky charm ever since.

Ha ha yay I had no idea so many people had put them on their bags, but it sounds like one may have come aloose. That is very cool I had a lot of fun giving those out this year.
