So I got out to McIver today with my Katana, and it was everything I though it would be. A super fast sidewinder. I think it earned a place in my bag as a long distance roller, and a nice hyzer flip disc. Though I did get a couple air shots in the low 500's with it. I can pump it flat and hard and it almost lands on a perfect roller angle about 350-400 feet down the fairway. I'm enjoying it!

It sounds like a 1st run boss.

The first run bosses were much more overstable than this is.

They are Japan Open fundraiser plastic, so I doubt it.

There is no official release date yet. The runs for the japan open were the test models.

Or save 10 dollars a champion disc and get them from herodiscusa.com

These folks have more and cheaper options (including the two discs on the page you mention) as well http://www.herodiscusa.com/

Just to throw another option out there - nothing against dg values - I've bought from them several times and would do so again...

They have some Japan open Pro Bosses as well, although the weights seemed light for people with power - sadly I don't suffer that particular affliction.

That would explain why none were found at Next Adventure today.

I got all my Katanas in and I haven't had a chance to get out before it is dark yet. I am dying to give them a try.
