  • Still no results? I wouldn't mind uploading them here if someone has a spreadsheet.

    • Poorly run events are all too plentiful. Good events post the results in a timely fashion.

So you are implying since I didn't post results online that this years WBDS
(220 golfers) was a poorly ran event?

        • Ha, Josh, apparently this dude thinks Whistlers Dubs is a joke for an event, maybe he should not come back next year, did not seem like we had a problem filling it, I bet it still does without him.

            • What's so hard about posting results? I had lots of fun playing and enjoyed the event greatly. You may be familiar with the Eugene celebration event, I have been TD of this event multiple times. We always post results soon after the event. It is not that difficult. Most well run events post results quickly, and they also have plenty of water available to all pools on all days of the event especially if it is during hot weather, the whistlers could have done better with keeping water on the course

By the way... well-run events DO post results and have water on the course. This doesn't mean that your event wasn't great... but well-run events do these things.
ďI believe I can hit 18 greens, hit every fairway, you know ó Vision 54, which means you birdie every hole, thatís in the back of my mind. I want to putt better, chip better. That day when I hit 18 greens and one putt, Iíll know Iím a complete golfer. Will that ever happen? Iím not sure, but itís possible. The 54 vision is always in the back of my mind.Ē
