Alright Everyone. Here are the results of the 2013 BSF Lottery. I'd just like to say I'm happy for all of you who made it in, and I really do feel badly for everyone who didn't. This is not an easy task, especially knowing you're making three times as many people mad... as you are making happy.

I will be mailing out invited within the next couple of days. Once I send the invites out, you will have a 2 week window to register or you forfeit your spot. I will pass the invite on to the next person on the wait list.

I will post the wait lists for these divisions within the next day or two.

I know I'm the not the first to bring this up, but doesn't this fact warrant that we could/should have separate Pro & Am events in the future? That's a lot of people left out (me included).
It's not whether you've won or lost, it's how many beers you were driven to drink after you're done.

With how hard the volunteers work and how much time they put in I wouldn't ask them to take on a second weekend. But if you want to find a volunteer team and uphold the standards already set I am sure no one would complain if you ran an AM weekend.

I hate to break the news to you, but that is highly unlikely. Not only are our main sponsors not interested in supporting split weekends again, but it puts way to much strain on our staff and our awesome volunteers. Although we have the best volunteer army in the game... asking these people to give up two full weekends is asking a bit too much.

Ummm no. That's not going to happen either.

Does the waitlist for the BSF coincide with the time/order each person signed up for the BSF lottery? Reference: http://www.4discgolf.com/reports/public.php?model=BSFAM ...I for one hope so!

Thank you to Jeff and Jeff and the countless volunteers that make this one of the most sought-after events of the year. You guys do an amazing job and though I know there are a lot of sad folks right now (and understandably so as who wouldn't want to be a part of this event!) know that you all are appreciated more than any of us can express.

Looking forward to another spectacular event!

Sorry, no. The wait list order was determined by the lottery results. For example... whoever was 73rd in MA1 lottery will be #1 on the wait list.

I heard this year was bacon wrapped filet mignon on a bed of almost crusted asparagus with a nice Willamette Valley cabernet sauvignon.
