Am I missing something? Wasn't there supposed to be a 4th Slosh, perhaps at Pier, in March?

From what I heard, it was a problem working with the parks department to get a park reserved before the PDGA paperwork was due.

We were not able to secure Pier in time for an event to happen in March, and I decided that with all the other events coming up, I did not want to run the Slosh past March. We are calling it good at 3 fantastic events. This was not the plan, but it's how it panned out.
I apologize for this shortcoming.
I hope everyone had a great time participating at the Horning's Hideout Open, the Winter Solstice Open, and the Wash Slosh! I'd also like to thank the countless volunteers who made this happen, as well as all the participants. All the way from the TDs down to the spotters and everyone in between. I had great time hanging out watching so many ppl have fun throwing! Thank you all

What HE said!
If any Stumptown members have ideas for or want to run next winters series please let me know. It's not too early to start thinking and planning. The winter events will kick off December 5th with our first annual Stumptown Membership Drive tournament. More information coming at a later date on this event. It will be a can't miss opportunity and there will be no cap on entry. Stay tuned!

Annual events begin with a SECOND event. Otherwise it's an Inaugural/Kick Off... event. Something that happens for the first time can NOT be an "annual."
Just my 2c Bob. More teasing than a jab. But, I'm right!

How about the "First", of what will become, an "Annual" event? Is that better for the english COPS? :biggrin2:
