Lost my Orange Monarch

As title indicates, There is an orange Champ Monarch w/ Japan Open hot stamp somewhere around pin for 18. Lost it Sept 18. there is ink on disc but my ph# is 509-847-8909 in case hard to read. Thx for help. :-)
