Go NIDGC! Every time I see these articles I smile and wonder why the other area clubs don't get this kind of positive publicity.

Go NIDGC! Every time I see these articles I smile and wonder why the other area clubs don't get this kind of positive publicity.

I think part of it has to do with Geoff Carr being our Public Relations Director, which as of this year, per his request, and as voted on by club members, became an official NIDGC Board Member position. Basically his job there is to promote the club and obviously he does very well at that. Not sure if he had anything to do with this article or not but since he is in one of the pictures I would guess so. He's been good for getting the club name and the sport out there.
