I emailed him yesterday and said I was interested in most of them and asked if he could send me a close up picture of the backs of the discs so I know exactly what they are. Hmmm....haven't received anything back yet.

Yeah once you can see the backs of the discs it will be quite clear what the situation is. But from his description of them, it does seem pretty obvious they didn't belong to him originally.

i am meeting with him on tuesday. I got a hold of him and told him i was interested. So i will let you guys know. His name is rick. and im sure most if not alll of the discs arent his. If anything looks really familiar lemme know with a name whos it might be and ill check it out

Well, one would hope that all the people that lost those discs were called on them. I look at it this way, if I throw something into a body of water (disc, cell phone, etc) then it's gone. I don't ever expect it to come back to me. If it does, bonus. But really, all of us golfers know that once we see our disc has landed safely in the middle of a river or lake, that were are more than likely not getting that one back. Which really sucks when it's your money driver or something that you have had forever which you should of retired.

It pays to retire a disc when it has sentimental value to it. I have lost a couple of pieces of plastic which should be in my collection of things to remember.

I went and met with this man, his name is Rick older fella. He is a fisherman and found all of them over the last year. He had maybe 4-5 discs worth buying and I bought 3 of them. One which was my glow boss i had lost a few weeks back. Mostly all of them were old plastic, scraped up no name, no type of disc labeled on it. Glad I found him and bought my disc back for $5.
