I finally got down throwing my ESP Nuke, once I finally figured out how to get a consistent flight, it added about 30-40 feet to my long drives.

I'm digging the Legacy Rampage. It hasn't earned a spot in the bag yet but it's headed that direction.

I guess this will work. Not a new disc but new plastic for the mold. This is as close as I got to adding anything new to the bag this year.

I gotta get one of those. My hope is that having it will make me less terrified of losing my 149g CE Leopard.

Love it too. It's the only non Innova disc in my bag. I also love the star Archon, and my grape pro Yetti Aviar that is signed by Jay Redding it is my go to putter. Did we decide if the Vulcan's were from this year because I love that disc too. Really good year for me as far as new plastic goes. :trophy:

Were gonna need a decision from our distinguished panel of judges.

The Vulcan was actually made available in late November 2010, so technically its not allowed, but I friggin love it, its still giving me more distance than any other disc I throw, so it would qualify as my #1 vote.
If not, the Star Wedge, introduced in Jan. 2011, which has earned a permanent spot in my bag, and has been in constant use since I got it in January.

Astra. It's a good ultra long distance disc. It's flippy so you have to throw a hyzer flip just right to get the most out of it. I'm hoping that they will release the sirius plastic edition soon. It probably won't be quite as flippy.

Innova Star Vulcan! $$$! This is such an underrated disc. The first run Star Destroyers were awesome then they went way overstable. The first run Boss was awesome, then that went way overstable. Even Star Wraiths seem to be re-tooled overstable.
I think what happens is guys with arm speed like James Moore complain to Innova that these discs are too flippy so they get retooled more and more overstable every run.
The Vulcan in my opinion flies like these early flippy Destroyers and Bosses. Don't be deceived by the flight rating. The flight rating is as flippy as a RoadRunner which it is definitely not.

I am not sure that they re-tool the molds. Innova has a reputation for being inconsistent. I have heard that they buy the plastic for the discs in bulk, like thousands of pounds at a time and it isn't always the same stuff. So I think the plastic just sets different from run to run. I have a champion destroyer that is domey from a couple years ago, and I have seen the newer runs with a really flat top.
I have a pre release champ vulcan that is super flat, and then I got one from this years Championship and it is very domey! Thats why if you find a disc you like you get 2 or 3 of them because you may never see that shape again.
Disccraft is much better in that respect.

Z Hornet was a game changer for me. Used my first all season long and only added a fresh second one before worlds, have them both in the bag at all times.
The Nuke OS release was fun to be apart of, fastest most stable disc made right now. Great for wind or super spike shots.

The plastic is pinnacle, i dunno what it is actualy but its taking the abuse well. Max weight 175g. I got all mine in white, suposed to be the most stable? I dont plan on finding a replacement driver, so I'm getting 10 more.
