Following the PDGA singles event on Saturday the 5th we will have a byop doubles event on Sunday the 6th to make it a weekend affair. This will also be a Special Olympics fundraiser. $6.00 per team will go to Special Olympics.
2 rounds of 18 holes.
Round 1. Holes 1-6 worst drive. Holes 7-12 best score. Holes 13-18 alternate shot. Round 2. Best shot.
Open $40.00 per team
Advanced $30.00 per team
Ameteur $20.00 per team
Recreation $10.00 per team
Paying day of fee $5.00 per team
Not on the list and paying day of fee $10.00 per team
Paid pre registration is required to avoid extra fees.

I've only had a handful teams telling me c-ya Sunday. Looks like a quiet Sunday so far. Also looks like showers on the horizon.
Want to be sure everyone understands the way to play the holes in the first round. I've had a couple locals ask.
Holes 1-6: Worst drive. You take the worst drive then play the rest of the hole best shot.
Holes 7-12: Best score. You play the hole as if you were playing singles and you take the best score between the two of you.
Holes 13-18: Alternate shot: Play as if you were playing singles while alternating shots all the way through holes 13-18. If you hole out your partner drives the next hole.
The second round is best shot. You take the best shot each time between you and your partner.

Just a reminder that all divisions will be paid out in cash. $6.00 per team to Special Olympics the rest paid out. So please no sandbagging. Getting more and more calls. Looks like we might have a little game for Sunday as well. Also remember the time change for Sunday.
