Does anyone besides myself in the Pac NW throw Discmania? I rarely come across anyone throwing it which is a shame they make some really great molds. For those not familiar they're run by Finnish Innova pro Jussi Meresma.

All of their drivers are their unique "Anhyzer top" combined with wing of an Innova disc. Despite being from Europe Innova molds all the discs right here in the good ole USA. But rather than DX, Pro, Star and Champ you get D,P,S and C line.

A few of my personal favorites include:
PD - Longer, faster teebird. Seriously. I have no problem calling this one of the best discs in DG right now. Crazy versatile. It's the anhyzer top and a firebird wing.
DD2 - Fast driver that fits in between a Boss and a Katana. Much bigger arms than me have called this the longest Innova disc they've thrown. Anhyzer top Katana wing.
P2 - A more stable aviar driver w.o the bead. Check out youtube to see Will Schusterick bombing one 400'
MD2 - I don't know a lot about Innova mids but in terms of stability it flies in between a Z Buzzz and Z Comet. A friend from Clearwater told me rumor is even "The Champ" himself has a few in the bag.
CD - Anhyzer top. Viking bottom. Flies like a Vike but goes far like a Valk.
TD - Anyhyzer top Road runner wing. Fits pretty well between the RR and a SW.

Yeah the artwork their sucks but they make great discs. Would love to see them get a lil more love around these parts.

I have been throwing a first run(firmer) p1 putter and its super straight with little or no fade, and have been testing a DD2 and its a wicked long side arm disc for me. I have a few more of their first run marked discs p1's,p2's,md's,etc... but have just stashed them away in my collection for now. Just bought a c-line TD also but I cant stop throwing my 11xteebirds,11xrocs and pearly beasts because these discs get the job done.

I love Disc Mania! I currently have the DD2, the PD2 in C line, and the DD in S-line. I didn't know that they all used the same top, that is very interesting. The DD2 is probably my favorite so far, and it is very true that is a long bomber. The PD2 and PD get less play but they are great for overstable shots.

I am now using all script money I get in tournaments to try and get Disc Mania discs, so far it is kind of hard to find them, I could only find putters and 150g Freaks. :(

About the disc art, they used to bother me too, but they have won me over. I got the Hysteria which is the DD, and it has a weird gerbilhead with feathers shooting out the back. Pretty cool. The Craze looks pretty goofy though. If it really bothers you, get C-line they look very cool.

I can say that in my area, quite a few people have adopted at least one of the Disc mania discs. Thanks for the info about the disc tops.

I actually like Discmania quite a bit. The MD2 is money. The Gremlin is money. The DD2 is a little understable for my liking but flies a country mile. The PD2 is super delicious. Might actually become my sidearm disc of choice. Not much of a fan of their putters but my buddy Brian is in love with all of their putters.

I have yet to try the Rush but the Craze was super controllable. The Freak is great as well. I can't wait till I get to try a C-line Freak. It seems like a Firebird to me but perhaps a tid bit more predictable.

I have yet to throw them, but have been toying with trying the CD. They sell them in our local store in Kennewick, Wa. As for the art, just get some acetone and swipe it off with a towel. Then cut out your own design and dye the suckers.

I just leave the PD on my PD's look pretty sweet. Keep the stamps on my C-Lines and First runs though. I hear the C-Line DD2's are quite stable but still long fliers. As for the CD's I've heard lots of good things. Hear it's sneaky long and glidey.

Loving the md2, I use it when I need more left than my cobra has.

In additional to his sponsorship with Innova, Nate Sexton is one of the few players sponsored by Discmania. He putts the P2 and carries a pd and pd2 in the bag.

Thats rad. I heard that Innova sponsored pro's are allowed to carry discmania but the only ones I knew of were the Pros they have on their website.

I seem to remember something about Innova pros being able to carry one Millennium and one Discmania mold due to their relationship.

Discmania has some really nice discs. The PD has a rabid following on disc golf messageboards.

Yup. DGR showed me the light that is the PD. Stopped throwing the P-Lines they start great but get flippy fairly quickly. Just like any pro plastic. However I have an S-Line PD that just hit the sweet spot and easily my favorite disc.

My partner at Pier dubs tonight was a fellow Discmaniac. Good playing with yah man. The way you were ripping that CD convinced me to give one a shot against my stalkers.

DD was my go to back hand after I retired my 1st run destroyer. Don't like the PD as much after it broke it but for awhile it was a BIG sidearm disc for me. Want to get my hands on some of their other stuff but they are kinda spendy and the plastic is less durable.

Same Price as Innova or Discraft equivalents. And I've found all their plastics to be just as if not more durable than their Innova counter-parts.

I'm a PD throwing fanatic... one of the most controllable drivers I've ever had!

I agree 100%. For a "Power Driver" it holds just but any line you can put it on.

I find them to be $1-2 more. They don't like rocks or road nearly as much innova Champ plastic, and since I play lunchtime a lot they can take a fair amount of abuse. I will be getting my hands on some of their higher quality plastic soon though.

Discmania discs are made in innova's California factory with the same plastic they use for their own discs. Any difference you experience comes from the natural variety found in all of innova's products... love em' or hate em' they are just not very consistant

Just picked up another c-line DD2, and my first PD2, and PD.
I was able to get a 450ft rip outa my c-line DD2 at Steili NW hole 12. Me and some friends were warming up on the big 3. My next drive went right over the basket on hole 3 (NW 15?). Loving the Discmania!!

Where do you buy your discs??? Deek and Bryan's doesn't carry Discmania and all the PIAS' I've been to in the area have been the same price as their Innova counterparts. Same as when I buy online. And back to the plastic...It's the same exact plastic Innova uses so I don't understand how it's less durable? I play 2-3 rounds a day at Pier for the past yr or so I think I'd know a thing or two about how these discs hold up.

Ok so I realy like the PD, but dont care too much for the PD2. The PD2 is too over-stable for my liking. Now I just gota find the CD in c-line plastic. That will complete my Discmania collection. The DD2 is still my goto driver consistantly delivering 400ft drives for me.

Just wait till that PD beats up a lil bit and becomes more understable. It actually starts to go longer with less effort.

I don't think they make a bad disc. Everything has it's role and fits it nicely. Hoping and praying a they make an FD, a Fairway Driver or Finesse Driver. Something like a more stable Leopard-type disc.
