My family has 160 acres of tree farm. Lots of tall trees. Good opportunity to make this the premier golf site in portland area. It's forested valley. Steep slopes, yet valley can be traversed around center without much climbing. I can see a few unique holes where you can sail disc down long hill. Unlike any course in the country.
Since it's a tree farm, lots of zoning restrictions. Yet it looks pretty clear disc course and zip lines are possible. We're interested in someone developing it for above, eventually we'd get a little income from it. You could start out small and cheap, later expand it. Pro shop on site? Tournaments?
You can google "powder road, oregon city" to see the site. Used to be explosives factory. We own that road except for unforested 1/4 mile area to north. Rectangular shaped forested area.
