I left my wraith on the fairway on hole 17 at Willamette on 5/5/2011. I threw two shots and just left it by accident. This is my best disc and I have two aces with it but I didn't write them on the bottom. My name is Jon Lebsack and both my name and phone number were on the bottom. It would really be shame to lose this. I am offering your choice of $15 or a s-line discmania freak. Thanks Jon.
