SOWS DGer's Do It Again!

I want to give a lions roar thanks to ALL of you SOWS golfers who braved the Safari.... again. :cheers:
This years donation of $300 has been given to the tigers, Saigon and Leah.
Although they're not as mighty as the lion, you could sure tell they were there.
When Sonora, (the Cheetah in the big pen) was checking us out, her dog companion was having a fit, which caused the tigers to pace around and growl.
It was the first time I've ever heard them growl so loud.
Our chances for a permanent course are looking better and better.

I missed a shot left which went near the cheetah cage In the morning when she was more active. She sat at the fence line and watched me walk over. After lining up my shot and noticing the rest of the group was still going I turned to admire Sonora up close. She of course returned my gaze and didn't look away. I think at that point I was still marveling.

Then she opened her mouth. Last time I checked that's the universal symbol for "I want to snap your jugular like a twig." Right about then I looked up at the 15 ft fence which had at first seemed pretty tall but upon a second glance looked quite modest. It's funny what the gaze of a predator can do for your nerves. Then I remembered I was in a golf tourney!
