In NE Portland. Little off the subject, but a good friend of mine Eben, has a room for rent. you may have meet him disc golfing with me. He is one of my first friends that i meet through disc in Flagstaff, back in 2000. He has been in Portland about 5 years now. And we both thought, what better than having a disc golfin' roommate!

There's a room for rent in my house, available next week. $500/month + refundable security deposit equal to 1 months rent; utilities not included in rent. South facing windows, Close to the MAX, Montevilla shops and theaters, and the 19 bus line. Big back yard with Four raised beds for your vegetable gardening pleasure. Washer and dryer in the basement and available storage. A smaller room will open up in the middle of February. $400 for that room, or rent the whole upstairs for $900/month come the middle of February. Would be great for a couple or someone wanting to have a private office/living area separate from their bedroom. Great kitchen with newer stove, Big common area on main floor, Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other. The house is not tobacco friendly. Small pets are negotiable. There is room for your furniture so no need for separate storage.
