Who is going winless this season? For the first time ever!

Wow Darr, kind of a harsh thread. I like it and I voted.

BTW, if you voted for "All of them" you're a fool. RIPT plays Discrupters in week 8 so one of those teams must get at least one victory.

Still a few weeks left. I'm hoping all of them get a win. Nobody wants to be like the Detroit Lions of 2008 :headbang:

Actually they could play to a tie and then they would all finish winless...just sayin'...:whistler:

Oh, I'm feeling the love now. Way to encourage the new guys Jeff. Do you feel superior? Nancy Kerigan did too:evilgrin:

Actually they could play to a tie and then they would all finish winless...just sayin'...:whistler:He did say "donut", which means zero, as in zero points. So a tie would be 0.5 points which is >0. He also said winless. Take your pick.

The love is palpable.

:nono:NOT SO KEMOSABE!:nono:

We use the W-L-T method of scoring, so a team that loses all but one match and ties that last one would have a record of 0-8-1. Which would be correct to be described as a donut OR winless...

Now you could interpret donut to mean zero MATCH POINTS, which would be a serious shutout:shocked:, but since it was followed up with winless I am pretty confident in my stance that a team could end up with a donut for the season.

As long as the win column is a zero, it is a doughnut.

Did any one of the three win?

I think the Discrupters have won the poll!
Too bad only myself and two other people picked the correct answer.

I'm nearly back from the DL.
Over 2 months since I've played pain free. And I missed my favorite course.
I'm ready-ish.
The 19th and 20th TDG teams fight for the right not to be the bottom of the barrel.
Epic.

"There ain't gonna be no rematch."

Is it drying out there?
Will Brian be there to fish our discs out?

Will Tim finally bring the sausage cart?

That anyone thinks Vapor Trails will get a win this year is kind of funny. :)

All these questions and more will be answered in the next exciting installment of As the Team Disc Golf Turns...

I was just bantering about the Saturday teams. I don't think anyone in their right minds thinks VT will win one!:D

If this wasn't a Vapor Trails' quality post, I am not sure what the hell it is... I really think that there are multiple sentences in there. Maybe Graham stole all of George's punctuation?

Sam's score in Ice Bowl after 2-rounds was <-5>. That is a pretty darn respectable score if you ask me. Medlock is just superhuman with a <-8>.

Well it looks like RIPT got off the shnide. :yay: Good work boys, and gal. I apologize for questioning your inner donut! Thanks for finding my getting my Beast out of the drink Josh.

Looks like the Discrupters have ONE MORE CHANCE! Vapor Trails has TWO MORE CHANCES! Good luck boys, you'll need it. :cool2:

Darr,

Chris Heineman paddled the inflatable canoe out into the muck and retrieved your disc, along with many others. He is the real hero. I just knew who Darr was, and gave the disc back to you. Thanks for the compliments though. Discruptors were a great team, we simply had fortune on our side today and played well. Brea (1st round), and (Karl 2nd round) shot great games for us. Wes had an off day and I was able to hold on and keep pace to win. Steve and Tim had some of the most ridiculously long putts I have ever seen anyone sink. I will be practicing that technique for long putts and upshots, Steve. This was the most exciting rounds I have played this season by far.

Thanks
