the little known torque is no longer in discraft production but was a midrange that held a place between the wasp and drone. i'm super lame so sometimes i read old threads and came across one where a discraft employee said that he was 99.9 percent sure that the DGA shockwave was the old torque mold! i picked one up and compared it side by side and it's true. same disc. discraft must've regretted giving it up now since created the hornet(2010 ace race), which i'm not as into, to fill that same space in their linup.

the only torques youve been exposed to have been in someones bag for years. tops go flat. same disc. does not float also as i found out at n bonneville when the 30mph wind grabbed it and carried it 80 ft further left than i expected and into the river. great glide though.

Thank you for informing me on what my 2010 ace race disc is. I love this disc for shots in the 20 to 200 foot range. It is dead on balls.
