I found a Katana today at the river's edge on Milo West- Par 4 - Hole 8 (for both 18 and 27 hole layout). The disc appears to have the name "Ben" but no Number / Last name... If this matches a Disc you're missing - PM me with a couple more identifying details, and I"ll gladly return it to you.
