Hey Everyone,
The Eugene Parks and Athletics Departments are happy to announce the inaugural Eugene Flying Disc Festival at Westmoreland Community Park on August 14th. The event is going to be a family oriented day of Frisbee activities.
Here is a copy of the entry form I copy and pasted for you all. This is sure to be a very fun event. If you aren't playing the Calapooia Classic make sure to come down and check it out. Cheers,

1. Teams are responsible for their own insurance. Players’ medical insurance will not be supplied by the City of Eugene Athletics.
2. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the City of Eugene Athletics. The Athletic Division will have the final say or word on any matters that might arise concerning any one of the leagues.
3. In consideration of the right to participate in this activity, I release all claims against the city or its agents for damages suffered by me. I understand that there are inherent risks in this activity and that training and conditioning are necessary. I agree to assume those risks on behalf of myself. I have read and understood the above.
