Ok Everyone,

In order to include as many players as possible I had to split the Rose City Open field into two pools. Because of this we will be very crunched for time and MUST start the event EARLY each day. Each pool will have one early morning and one "yeah, I can sleep in" morning.

Here are the pools.

A Pool
MPO - Open Men
FPO - Open Women
MPM - Open Masters Men
MM1 - Advanced Masters Men
GM1 - Advanced Grandmasters Men

B Pool
MA1 - Advanced Men
FW1 - Advanced Women

Schedule

Saturday July 10th, 2010
7:00am - Check In
7:30am - B Pool Players Meeting
8:00am - B Pool Round 1 Start
11:30am - A Pool Players Meeting
12:00pm - A Pool Round 1 Start
3:30pm - B Pool Players Meeting
4:00pm - B Pool Round 2 Start

Sunday July 11th, 2010
7:30am - A Pool Players Meeting
8:00am - A Pool Round 2 Start
11:30am - B Pool Players Meeting
12:00pm - B Pool Round 3 Start
3:30pm - A Pool Players Meeting
4:00pm - A Pool Round 3 Start

As you can see this is a tight schedule and I will be doing my best to stick to it so we can avoid finishing our rounds in the dark.

Please help me get the word out about the early start times.

Thanks,

Jeff

Nice, I'm a fan of only having one round on Sunday.

Sad, I won't be able to go now. Guess I'll call Haggerty Monday when he's back home to let him now. Darn schedule, and my birthday falling on Sunday....

Must A Pool players check in at 7:00 AM Saturday, even though their meeting is not until 11:30? Or may they check in later, say 10:00?

I do hereby bump this thread... because I just KNOW someone is going to show up a 1/2 hour late saying "I didn't know what time it was supposed to start!"
