View Full Version : Headed to Horning's tomorrow. Is going to be open.

Just wanted to check and see if anybody knew if Horning's is open for golf. I wasn't sure if a festival was going on for the fourth. I'd hate to get there and find out there is stuff all over. Thanks.

I was in the car with you Brent when I told you this, so why are you asking me again. To be EXACT hippy007 mentioned it on the top 5 courses post.

There is going to be a big trail running race on Sat. Sun. but I'm pretty sure it will be open for golf all week and during the weekend race, haven't heard different. But you shouldn't have any worries on Tuesday.

We are going to be open, there is nothing going on but a wedding and a church group. The foot race is on Sept 11th and 12th, how the heck did you figure it was this weekend???????

My guess is that this paragraph on the homepage:
Note: Because of the number of racers and use of the camp grounds for the course, we will not be hosting any camping this weekend

was misunderstood as "this" weekend, rather than the weekend of Sept 11-12 referred to in the paragraph immediately above that one.

Am I right? Do I get a prize?

Bob, is the calendar fairly updated with smaller events that may impact the ability to play.
