It's back! But in a different spot. Now you can hit it on hole 12.

Lol, wow that thing has been there forever. I remember seeing it when I first started playing, 6 years ago. Back then the owners dogs would be tied out outside the RV and going nuts every time someone walked by...

This is my plan. A van down by the river, hopefully next to a disc golf course... As soon as the kids are out of the house.
