I have a CFR Boss that is beat pretty good now and I was thinking about replacing it with a Star Boss for better durability. Will the Star plastic fly the same (as similar as can be expected) as my CFR?

Your CFR is Champion plastic, which is the most durable.
Star plastic is a little softer, with better grip than Champ plastic, but will beat in faster.
Stability wise the Star and Champion are very similar when new, so expect either one to turn more than your beat one does.

If you want one to beat in faster, get the Star, if you want one to stay the same for the longest time, get a new Feldberg model.
