BSF Call for Volunteers

Official Call Out for Volunteers

We have an even bigger need for volunteers this year than in years past. We need people for Spotters, traffic control, and crowd control, as well as course and Tournament Central set up. We will need volunteers for two separate weekends, so there is plenty of opportunity to come out and support our great sport.

I will be coordinating volunteers for the BSF NT (Pro weekend) and Coury Coates will be doing the same for the following Am weekend.

If you would like to help please send myself or Coury Coates an email with the following information:

Name
Which weekend you are volunteering
Days available (Fri, Sat, Sun. for NT; Sat, Sun for Am)
Email address
Phone number

Myself and Coury will then be contacting you and scheduling you for duties.

Actually, I believe it is more because we have spoken so often. You and Stan are both on my list. I will be sending out emails soon with more information and again as we near the event.

Everybody........I had intended to email everyone this week with an update and where we stand at this point. A change in my life leaves all of my files on another computer. I will reach out then by calling, emailing, Facebook messaging all of you great folks out there who are volunteering for the BSF AM weekend who have not already been given your assignment.
