hmmm - is it a huk lab or boognish (ween) symbol?

My friend lost a glow firebird with a custom dye up in portland and I'm wondering if it was his.

He usually tags his discs, but he just go 10 discs dyed, half with the boognish and the other half with the huk stamp...
