So we have a working layout, in order to really play test what we have before we set the concrete. we need to clear some fairways and would love some help.
So this Saturday the 20 of Feb. Mason County Disc Golf will have our first work party with the goal of leaving the course playable by the end of the day. We will have a mini excavator doing the heavy lifting but some tee box leveling, tree pruning, and placing the temp pins will need to be done by hand.
For many of you this may be your first chance to take a look at our little course we are putting together out here. Although "little" maybe a poor choice of words as we are currently laid out as a par 60 with 4 par 4s and 2 par 5s.
So if your sitting around this Saturday and the only thing on TV is Olympic figure skating grab you gloves maybe some clippers/saw or a shovel/rake and come on down. The hard core among us will be starting around 8 am.
This should be a link to where to go, its basically taking the third Shelton exit on to Wallace Kneeland Bvd going through three stop lights and looking for all the cars parked under the power lines on your left.
