2009 PDGA Pro/Am Worlds DVD

I preordered this several months ago and haven't received it yet. The original claim at the time of purchase read "by Thanksgiving". Can't find any info. online or in this forum about the shipping date. Anyone out there received theirs yet?

i was not too impressed with the 07 worlds dvd, so i didn't get 08's.

really? I heard that distribution was set for December, that was on the pdga website too...

The '08 Worlds DVD was the best-to-date. There was lot's of good golf from all divisions, lot's of drama, and lot's of missed putts. The highlight of the video was when D. Feldberg had enough stokes on the last hole to launch a "throw away" drive off the top of the ski run off into oblivion, clearly for fun. I think that he still got a par on the hole from the drop zone.

I gave my copy to the Tournament Director of the Crystal Mountain Tourney and he commented about the excessive ads.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to the next production. I will post more when I view the video.

My copy arrived today. I ordered it on 08/08/09, i.e. 4 months ago. Haven't had time to watch the whole video, just shuffled through a few scenes. The image quality is good. The commentary is expert (no Billy Bob here). The courses look good. I'll watch the whole thing and post a review soon.
