Well considering that event was a month before the fling...I am not sure about that. I mean, he shot 1081 there, he still won the fling, but he played way way way worse, then followed that up with his first Worlds ever outside the top 10, that is on you Sam!!

By the way, Down at the SoCal champs this weekend Rico shot an 1104 round, averaged 1060 for the whole tournament...and got second place.

If Rico's ratings hold up when they become official, it might be enough to barely make it into the top 7 for POY consideration.
